PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
FULL payment is required 72hours prior to your trip date
*Cancellation of a trip requires a minimum of 10 days notice your trip can be rescheduled for a new date.
If a trip is cancelled do to weather or unforseen circumstances *by the captain and crew only* you have a option to reschedule If the trip is made and *weather changes during the trip and we have to turn back based on captain and crew decision only* you will be charged for whatever amount of trip was completed.
If you as the customer decide the weather is not good you can reschedule your trip but *will not* receive a refund. If the trip goes and you decide the weather is too much or due to sea sicknesses you can choose to turn back you *will not* receive a refund or be able to reschedule.
Trips can be booked at anytime but the season fills quickly please call for availability if you are looking for a trip the next or same day.
